Legendary tattoo artist Don Ed Hardy was born in California in 1945, a student of Sailor Jerry Collins. Hardy went on to study tattoo artistry in Japan in 1973 with the celebrated tattoo master Horihide, incorporating Japanese tattoo aesthetics and technique into his American style work and collaborating in the early years with designer Christian Audigier who also worked on brands such as Von Dutch. In the early 2000s, Hardy began to create fashion-forward collections using his artwork and today the brand is sold globally, renowned for its graphic-led streetstyle casualwear and particularly for its use of Skulls, Roses and Tiger motifs on tshirts. Available in men’s and women’s apparel styles Europewide, as well as across footwear and headwear, Ed Hardy offers streetwear takes on classic sneakers, trainers, caps, tracksuits, joggers, tees and hoodies. Hardy himself continues to oversee and mentor the artists at his San Francisco studio, Tattoo City and his artwork is shown around the world at exhibitions. Free Delivery to the UK.
